I am a creative Sales Enablement architect and learning and performance leader specializing in high-growth or rapid change environments. I help organizations develop and scale results by analyzing root causes of sales success or failure, and addressing performance gaps.

Sales Enablement touches so many parts of the business (not just sales!)- from Product to Support. I bring a rich and broad set of experience- learning, content management, process improvement, data modeling and systems analysis - to bear on the many challenges in today's buying environment.

This holistic view of sales and learning in general is informed by my ongoing interests in ecology, environmental science and sustainable design.

I currently live in Apex, NC with my wife and two teenage daughters.
